5 ways Rec & Ed can help you be mindful in 2016

The concept of "mindfulness" seems to be everywhere in American culture right now -- from health care to K-12 education and even the best seller list. At its most basic, mindfulness is simply being aware of the present moment. As a technique used in meditation, yoga, and other insightful activities, mindfulness has been shown to help boost one's immune system, reduce stress, focus attention and fight depression.

This winter, Rec & Ed welcomes you try mindfulness in one of our affordable, convenient classes or one-time workshops for adults.

Register directly from Rec & Ed's online Winter Catalog.
